Contemporary painter - Impressionism & Realism

I’m an artist working at the intersection of contemporary and impressionist styles, using acrylic, pastel, and watercolour. Currently studying architecture at university, I bring my spatial imagination to my art practice. Inspired by masters like Monet, but in my own style of course. My work is ment to invite viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with past and present , discovering subtle details that evoke a shared nostalgia we all carry.

For a long time the artist explored art history, experimenting with different techniques, and reflecting on their heritage

TIED TO HOME 001.jpg

Acrylic & Pastel on Canvas 36 X 48 IN 2026

“Tied to Home” explores the connection between roots and belonging. Inspired by memories of places that have shaped me, the mangrove roots symbolize the ties that ground us, while the boat represents the journeys we take throughout life. Though our paths may lead us elsewhere,we remain connected to the people, places and experiences that made us who we are. This mainly reflects a feeling that many share; the enduring pull of home.

Memory Through Open Doors

Acrylic on canvas • 24 x 36 in • 2026

Memory through open doors explores how light transforms ordinary spaces into vessels of memory. The sunlit patio, palm trees, and distant shoreline are not depictions of a single moment, but reflections of a feeling of home. Inspired by Barbados, the work captures how familiar forms and warm light can awaken memories of belonging, freedom, and weekends spent near the sea.
